RAW MATERIAL:
The basic raw material of our products is ABS-acrylic plate (ABS-PMMA), which consists of several layers of special structure, co-extruded plastic developed for manufacturing sanitary products (EN13559:2003) and its quality acquited itself in the most demanding bathrooms also.

The sanitary quality –its’ smooth, non-porosous, easily cleanable, chemically endurable, colour-fast, hard, hygienic- acrylic surface plane, is given by its mechanical features –in its coloured material, flexible, shock-resistant- ABS-carrier. Colour: basic colour is white, but depending on the amount it is possible to order any desired colour.

Antibacterial surface: in case a special request we can use also raw material with antibacterial surface features. The product preserves this feature until the end of its lifespan!

Wear-resisting surfaces from acrylic: Our turkish toilet trays and all products that are walked on with street shoes during normal usage are manufactured from coloured material, wear-resisting sanitary acrylic. (www.lucite.com, www.plexiglas.de)

MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY:
Shower- and toilet trays, wash-basins are produced from properly thick ABS-acrylic, or sanitary acrylic sheets with vacuum forming, the cabin walls with edge curving on our high-capacity production lines. We apply during sanitary product manufacturing the at least twenty years ago outrun glassfibre polyester technology only to reinforce the backsides of shower trays, toilet trays, wash-tubs and wash-basins.

With those products that were not reinforced with glass-fibre polyester we achieve the necessary stability by selecting the quality and thickness of the material, by developing and applying the proper forms, special accessories and installation modes.

The acrylic surface of our products is covered with PE-foil during production that must be removed partly from the connecting element surfaces, when beginning the building in and remove from the entire surface before implementation.

WEIGHT AND STABLENESS:
The light weight and high structural stableness is a significant benefit in manufacturing sanitary containers. Our professionally furnished products (wash-basins, wash-tubs, pissoirs, intimate walls) will surely not break off not during delivery, nor during usage from the wall of the container, because they are extra light, their fixing points are properly stable.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION:
Environmentally conscious behaviour is important to us during manufacturing. We realize this int he following manner:

• OUR MAIN RAW MATERIAL (ABS-PMMA) already contains recyclable material and the non-polluted waste produced during manufacturing is 100% recyclable.

• INGREDIENTS – We use only a small and the necessary amount of glassfibre polyester that we process with the help of the most recent technology during which only a negligible quantity of harmess waste is generated.

• WHEN PACKAGING we aim at the smallest packaging and delivery capacity, which is not only cost-effective but also preserves the environment.

• RECYCLING: our products can be dismantled at the end of their life span (modular system), so their constituents (plastic, metals) can be recycled just like the selective waste generated during manufacturing.
